What's covered

Your GoKool cooler is warranted against defects in material and workmanship for 12 months from the date of purchase. Keep your invoice or order number handy, as it's proof of the warranty start date.

Air cooler questions, answered

How do I pick the right size cooler for my room?

Size it by the room, not the price. A 40–55 L personal or tower cooler suits a bedroom, 75–100 L desert coolers cover a hall or large living room up to about 1,000 sq ft, and 125–150 L commercial coolers are what you want for a shop floor or banquet hall. Check air throw as well as tank: the throw fills the space, the tank decides how long it runs between refills. You can also use the cooler finder.

How much cheaper is a cooler to run than an AC?

An evaporative cooler draws roughly a fifth of the power of a 1.5-ton split AC, so over a full summer most homes see a big drop in the cooling part of their electricity bill. A Gokool cooler is also low enough draw to run off a home inverter during power cuts.

Where do air coolers work best?

Evaporative coolers pull dry air through water-soaked honeycomb pads, so they cool best where the air is dry and can move, with a window ajar or a door open. That covers most of northern, western and central India for the three months that matter. In humid coastal weather, keep a window open for cross-ventilation.

What warranty and service do I get?

Every Gokool cooler ships with a one-year brand warranty and is serviced on-site through our pan-India dealer network. Spare honeycomb pads and pumps are stocked so a cooler stays in service for years.

Do commercial coolers suit large halls and shops?

Yes. The Titan 125 and Colossus 150 are built for halls, factories, banquet lawns and warehouses, with 125–150 L tanks and up to 175 ft of air throw covering 1,200–1,500 sq ft. For bulk and institutional orders there's volume pricing and GST invoicing.

How do I clean and maintain my cooler?

Drain and rinse the tank every couple of weeks in hard-water areas, wipe the honeycomb pads, and replace pads every season or two. Clean pads and a clean tank keep cooling strong and the air fresh.
